Do I need to buy new software or subscriptions?

No. We work with the AI you already have access to (Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini or Copilot). If a paid tier (about $30/month) is worth it for your situation, I'll tell you honestly, and if it isn't, I'll tell you that too. Most of the value comes from setup, not spend.

We're not tech people. Will this go over our heads?

That's exactly who this is built for. Everything runs in plain business language, on tools you already use. If you can write an email, you can run everything we build together.

Why a Power Day instead of a report or a strategy deck?

Because owners keep telling me the same thing: they don't want a document, they want the work done. The Power Day does the work with you and trains your team the same day. If you'd rather start with a written roadmap, the $1,500 audit exists for exactly that.

How do I know it's actually saving time?

We measure. Your intake captures how many hours your worst tasks take now. At day 7 (sessions) or day 14 (Power Days) we measure the same tasks again, so you see the change in real numbers, not vibes.

What about privacy, client data and guest data?

Handled carefully and trained explicitly. Payment details, ID documents and sensitive personal information stay in your systems, never in AI chats. Clinics and accommodation providers get specific data-care rules as part of every engagement.
